As a Production Employee, you’ll ensure that we work lean by reducing waste.
For example: you have to walk back and forth several times to grab something, while you can also put it somewhere next to you. Or you notice that you have to bend all the time to grab something and it hurts your back, or that your bottle caps don't screw on smoothly, or that the filling machine doesn't work properly. These are all examples of things that you can point out. If you have a solution for how things can go better, it will be implemented straight away. Your voice is heard here.
In short, lean is everything that can cause irritation and slowness in your work. Working "the lean way" actually makes your work more fun, and you will feel a sense of purpose in what you do on a daily basis, which is something we know is important to everyone.
As a production employee, you'll be hands-on with our sustainable, natural products from start to finish. Your tasks will include:
Preparing, packaging, and filling our cosmetic products.
Operating production machines and boilers (training provided).
Conducting quality checks to ensure all goods meet our high standards.
Detail-Oriented & Reliable: A keen eye for quality and the ability to stay organized.
Physically Fit: The role may involve standing and lifting.
Languages: Good communication in English or Dutch .
Work Eligibility: EU citizenship or a valid Dutch work permit is required.
Experience: No experience necessary – we'll train you! However, experience in production or warehousing is a plus.
Hourly Wage: Starting from €14.20 gross per hour .
Working Hours: Flexible schedule (full-time or part-time available).
Contract Type: Initial contract with the possibility of permanent employment.
Vacation Days: 20 vacation days (based on 40hr full-time employment) + 8% holiday allowance.
Travel Allowance: Reimbursement for commuting costs.
Growth Opportunities: We provide in-house training and offer opportunities to grow into senior roles.
