1.General/Applicability
1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of Natural Heroes. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the Natural Heroes website.
1.2 By placing an order, you acknowledge that you agree with the delivery and payment terms.
1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Natural Heroes.
1.4 Natural Heroes reserves the right to adjust its general terms and conditions at any time.
2.Agreement
2.1 An agreement between Natural Heroes and a customer is formed after your order has been placed and an order confirmation has been received via the provided email address.
2.2 Natural Heroes is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless explicitly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Natural Heroes will communicate this within 10 days of receiving the order.
3.Offers
3.1 Offers are non-binding unless stated otherwise.
3.2 Offers are subject to the availability of the products.
3.3 Natural Heroes is entitled to modify or cancel offers without prior notice.
3.4 Natural Heroes is not bound by its offer if the buyer should have understood that the offer, or part of it, contained an obvious mistake or error.
4.Prices
4.1 All prices on the site are subject to print and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of any print and typing errors.
4.2 All prices on the site are in Euros and include 21% VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price.
4.3 Natural Heroes is entitled to adjust prices at any time. Any price changes will not be implemented if you have already completed the order.
4.4 If the customer is not located in the Netherlands, the customer is responsible for any taxes and levies that the country enforces.
5.Payment
5.1 The customer can pay the amount due via electronic prepayment.
5.2 In the event of non-payment in a timely manner, Natural Heroes is entitled to cancel the order, and no agreement has been established.
6.Delivery
6.1 Delivery times mentioned on the website are indicative. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the stated periods.
6.2 Natural Heroes strives to meet the indicative delivery time mentioned on the website.
6.3 Delivery only takes place after the amount to be paid has been received by Natural Heroes.
7.Right of Withdrawal
7.1 The customer has the right to return (a portion of) the delivered products within 14 working days of receipt provided that:
Contact has first been made with Natural Heroes.
The products are unused, undamaged, unopened, and in the original packaging.
The customer is responsible for the costs of sending and for the risk of the package, and these costs and this risk are accepted by the customer until Natural Heroes has received the package.
7.2 Subject to the provisions in article 7.1, Natural Heroes ensures that the purchase amount is refunded to the customer within 14 days of proper receipt of the return shipment.
7.3 Natural Heroes reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not received in good condition and is entitled to charge costs.
8.Force Majeure
8.1 Natural Heroes is not liable if and insofar as its obligations cannot be met due to force majeure.
8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any external cause, as well as any circumstance, not reasonably attributable to its risk. Delays or failure by our suppliers, disruptions in the internet, disruptions in electricity, disruptions in email traffic, and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transportation difficulties, strikes, government measures, supply delays, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Natural Heroes as well as of auxiliary persons, staff illness, defects in auxiliary or transport means explicitly count as force majeure.
8.3 In the event of force majeure, Natural Heroes reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the contents of the agreement be amended so that execution remains possible. In no case is Natural Heroes obliged to pay any penalty or compensation.
9.Warranty
9.1 All products from Natural Heroes come with the warranty period specified by the manufacturer of the product.
9.2 This warranty does not apply if: A) the customer is in default with Natural Heroes; B) the customer has repaired and/or processed the delivered products or has had them repaired and/or processed by third parties; C) the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or otherwise carelessly treated or treated contrary to the instructions and/or application instructions on the packaging.
10.Liability
10.1 Natural Heroes is not liable for damage to objects caused by incorrect use of products.
11.Complaints
11.1 The customer is obliged to inspect the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective, or incomplete, the customer must report these defects immediately to the customer service of Natural Heroes before proceeding to return the goods. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported by email to Natural Heroes within a maximum of 14 working days after delivery. Return of the product must take place in the original packaging (including accessories and associated documentation) and in new condition. Use after discovery of the defect, damage caused after discovery of the defect, encumbrance, and/or resale after discovery of the defect make the right to complain and return completely void.
11.2 The customer is responsible for the costs of sending and for the risk of the package until Natural Heroes has received the package.
11.3 If it appears after investigation by Natural Heroes that the products do not conform to the agreement, then the customer is entitled to a replacement item, if still available, or a refund of the value of the product.
12.Data Management
12.1 If you place an order with Natural Heroes, your data will be included in the customer database of Natural Heroes. Natural Heroes complies with the Personal Records Act and will not provide your data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.
12.2 Natural Heroes respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures the confidential treatment of your personal data.
12.3 Natural Heroes uses a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions on how to remove yourself from this list.
